TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF RETURNABLE IBCs (1000l) Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k.
Retention of Title and Purpose - The 1000l Intermediate Bulk Containers (hereinafter referred to as "IBCs" or "Containers") shall remain the sole property of Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k. The Containers are intended exclusively for the storage of raw materials supplied by Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k. under the relevant commercial agreement or purchase order.
Return Period - The Customer, having purchased raw materials from Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k. delivered in 1000L IBCs, is obliged to return said Containers within 120 days from the date of the sale of goods.
Condition of Returned Containers - Returned Containers must be empty and free from damage. The Customer is strictly prohibited from utilizing the Containers for their own internal warehousing or storage purposes.
Collection Logistics - Collection of the empty Containers from the Customer’s premises shall be arranged and carried out via transport provided by Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k.
Notification of Readiness - The Customer must notify Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k. when the Containers are empty and ready for collection. Notifications should be submitted via email to iwona.kocot@centro-chem.pl or by telephone at +48 603 624 020.
Failure to Return and Charges - In the event that the Containers are not returned within the stipulated time frame, a VAT invoice shall be issued with a payment term of 14 days, in accordance with the following schedule of charges: 1000L IBC Container: 500 PLN net per unit.
Right of Refusal and Damages - Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any Container that is damaged or contaminated with substances other than the original raw material sold therein. The return of a damaged or contaminated Container shall result in the issuance of a debit note (charge invoice) equivalent to the replacement value of the lost or damaged Container.
Effective Date These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on 1 January 2026 and form an integral part of all orders and commercial agreements executed by Centro-chem sp. z o.o. sp.k.
