We can confirm the availability of a specific product once we receive your enquiry, taking into account the required quantity, preferred packaging and current stock reservations. If the selected raw material is not immediately available, we will check whether it can be sourced for an individual order and present the available options.

Yes. The range shown on our website does not always include every raw material we can supply. We work with manufacturers and suppliers from different regions around the world, so we encourage you to contact us even if the product you are looking for is not currently listed in our offer. Once we receive your enquiry, we will check sourcing options, available packaging, the minimum order quantity and the estimated delivery time.

The price may include transport costs or be quoted excluding transport, depending on the agreed commercial terms (e.g. Incoterms), delivery location and order volume. We always specify this clearly in the quotation to ensure full cost transparency.

The unit price of a raw material may be more competitive for larger order volumes. However, the final quotation also depends on other factors, such as packaging type, delivery terms and current market conditions. We prepare each offer individually.

We supply raw materials in a wide range of packaging formats, including bags, big bags, drums, canisters, bottles, IBC containers and tankers. The packaging type is selected according to the characteristics of the product, the requirements of the production process and the customer’s logistics needs. In selected cases, customised labelling or packaging tailored to individual customer requirements is also available.

We supply raw materials in our own packaging. To ensure product quality and maintain the parameters specified in the documentation, we do not transfer liquid or solid raw materials into containers supplied by the customer.

In most cases, we use non-returnable packaging selected according to the type of raw material, transport requirements and the specifics of the supply chain. IBC containers are an exception. Subject to prior agreement on the commercial terms, we can collect them from the customer using our own transport.

Payment terms are agreed individually with each customer. At the beginning of our cooperation, we usually require prepayment or another form of transaction security. As the business relationship develops, deferred payment terms may be agreed, depending on the commercial assessment and the history of cooperation.

We do not act as a technical consultant and do not select raw materials for specific formulations or production processes. However, we can provide available commercial and product information, such as specifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), quality documentation and basic information about the raw material we offer. The final assessment of whether a product is suitable for a particular application is the customer’s responsibility and should be carried out through their own testing and technological procedures.

Yes. For selected raw materials, samples can be provided for laboratory testing or production trials. Sample availability, size and shipping terms are agreed individually for each product.

As standard, we provide the documents required for the specific product and type of delivery, including the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and transport documentation. For raw materials subject to additional requirements, we can also provide relevant quality documents, certificates or declarations of conformity, depending on the product and the agreed commercial terms.

Raw materials classified as precursors or regulated products are subject to additional legal requirements. These may include verification of the purchasing entity, confirmation of the intended use of the product, and the submission of relevant declarations or documents. We assess the required formalities individually, in accordance with current regulations and the customer’s business profile. Centro-chem operates as a B2B distributor and works primarily with companies and institutions across a wide range of industrial sectors. Sales of chemical raw materials to private individuals are generally restricted, while regulated products may not be available to private customers at all or may only be sold in strictly defined circumstances. We assess the possibility of sale on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type and quantity of the raw material.

Yes, we offer the option of working under long-term supply contracts. The terms of such cooperation, including pricing, volumes and delivery schedules, are agreed individually based on the customer’s requirements and the specific characteristics of the raw material.
